We believe in our wellness community - we believe in finding the right person for you at the right time - and we believe we often need a few people on our "team" at different stages to get our health on track.
Receiving an overwhelmingly positive response, the inaugural Hills Wellness Expo was supported by and held at Castle Hill RSL March 1st 2020.
The event was the passion project of founder Rachel Aldridge, accredited naturopath, and owner of local business In Nature's Hands. With a passion for helping people heal and grow using natural therapies, Rachel believed in giving back to the community, regularly providing free gut health talks and seminars to help support and educate the public in their journey to health and wellness.
Rachel’s desire to create the Hills Wellness Expo came from her strong belief that the Hills District has so many wonderful health practitioners from all modalities and they should be shown and celebrated, whilst building authentic connections with the broader community.
Demonstrating excellence in her field, a dedication to the natural medicine industry and the advancement of the health of the community, Rachel was a top four finalist and received a Highly Commended Award in the Australian Traditional Medicine Society’s 2020 Practitioner of the Year category.
In August 2023, Rachel passed away after a short battle with melanoma, a devastating loss, especially to her young family. Rachel's passion and dedication was an incredible inspiration to us, and in her honour it is with pride that we continue her legacy by presenting Hills Wellness Expo 2025.
